Information we collect
When a parent or guardian contacts us, we may collect their name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry message, and programme or learning-format interests. Where provided, we may also collect a learner’s first name and age range.
If accounts or online enrolment are enabled later, we may collect registration details, learning activity, programme participation, payment records, and information needed to operate and protect those services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, support enrolment, deliver learning services, communicate with parents, improve TodSchool, promote learner safety, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
TodSchool is designed for young people, but parents or guardians provide and manage learner information. We ask families not to send more personal information than is needed and encourage parents to contact us with any concern about a learner’s data.
When information is shared
We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, email, payments, or secure service delivery, and where disclosure is legally required. These providers receive only the information needed for their work. TodSchool does not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No online service can promise complete security. We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to resolve issues, or to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, a parent or guardian may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that TodSchool holds. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where the law requires it.
