These terms set clear expectations for parents, guardians, learners, and TodSchool Africa when using our website and learning services.
Accepting these terms
By using this site, making an enquiry, or enrolling a learner, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and are authorised to act for the learner.
Parent and guardian responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for accurate learner registration information, appropriate supervision, and helping learners participate safely in online classes and platforms.
Respectful use
Learners and adults must use classes, resources, platforms, and communication channels respectfully and only for their intended educational purpose. Harassment, harmful content, disruption, unauthorised access, or misuse is not permitted.
Educational purpose
TodSchool provides guided learning experiences intended to develop practical skills. Progress depends on many factors, including participation and practice, so we do not guarantee a particular academic, career, or financial outcome.
Programmes and schedules
Programme availability, facilitators, formats, and schedules may change. We will communicate material changes to affected parents or guardians and aim to provide reasonable alternatives where appropriate.
Fees, cancellations, and refunds
Applicable fees, payment timing, cancellation terms, and refund details will be shared before enrolment or payment. The information provided for the relevant programme at that time will apply; this page does not create a separate refund promise.
Learning materials and project work
Unless stated otherwise, TodSchool owns its course materials, branding, and platform content. They may not be copied or distributed without permission. Learners retain ownership of their own original project work.
Accounts and platform safety
Account details must be kept secure and must not be shared outside the authorised household. TodSchool may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, other users, our services, or learning environments from misuse.
Responsibility and liability
We take reasonable care in providing our website and learning services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TodSchool is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by misuse of the services. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
